LCHS Carer Events: Heart Foundation Wednesday Weekly Walks

Movement is important for all of us, and this is a great opportunity to get together for a regular walk.

Most Wednesday walks are moderate level walks of about 2-3km and take about 45 minutes. There are fast, medium and slow walkers who attend (who are still faster than our Tuesday walking pace).

Routes end at Newmasons for drinks.

Meet before 9:30AM outside Priceline Chemist on Palmerston St, Warragul.

*Note: The first Wednesday of each month alternates between a Brooker Park Walk, (meet at Bowen Street carpark beside St Pauls Gym) and a special outing.
