Mental Health and Wellbeing Connect is a service designed for carers who support individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges, as well as psychological distress.
The Connect centres aim to provide families, carers, and supporters of all ages with essential resources to help them care for their loved ones while also prioritising their own wellbeing.
Support is free, and no referral is needed to access a Mental Health and Wellbeing Connect centre. You can visit the centre in person without an appointment or reach out via phone or online booking.
The centres are led by individuals who have personal experience in supporting and caring for someone with mental health challenges. Mental Health and Wellbeing Connect centres acknowledge that families, carers, and supporters have their own wellbeing needs.
