Join us for lunch, participate in a mindfulness session led by The Frankston Mingle will feature a mindfulness session led by Taryn Ferguson and a live musical performance from Chris and Charley.

Mingles are a great opportunity to learn about services in your local area, connect with other carers, and focus on your wellbeing.

Who can attend

Open to all carers in the Frankston and surrounding southern metropolitan areas.

Attendance is free, but registrations are essential.

Please note due to limited availability, only one place per Mingle is allocated to an individual carer.
