Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to entering the Carers Victoria Carer Support Group (CSG) Special Event Funding Draw.

• The Draw is exclusively open to CSGs who are join Carers Victoria Carer Support Group membership.
• Eligible CSGs must consist of members who are unpaid family carers who care for a person with a disability, chronic, terminal or mental illness or who is an aged person.
• The Draw is open to CSGs in Victoria in accordance with Gambling Regulation Act 2003 and Gambling Regulations 2015.
• To be eligible for the Draw, a CSG must update their details with Carers Victoria and consent to joining Carers Victoria membership by completing the Update your details form by Monday 19 September 2022.
• Eligible CSGs will receive one entry into the Draw.
• Eligible CSGs will be randomly selected to receive special event funding.
• The amount of CSGs awarded is dependant on amount of total funding available.
• Funding amount allocated to each CSG will be dependent on the number of group members.
• The CSG Primary contact of the successful groups will be personally contacted and the CSG name will be announced in Carers Victoria’s ebulletin "The Voice".
• CSGs awarded group funding will be required to complete and return the Carer Support Group Funding forms by the due date. CSGs who do not complete and return the form within the required timeframe will forfeit their funding.
• CSGs who do not have an ABN, will be required to complete the Statement by a supplier form.
• The funding must be utilised for an event for the CSGs carer members by 31 December 2022.
• Funding will be distributed by 31 October 2022.
• Carers Victoria will provide only the allocated funding, any additional costs of the event will need to be otherwise sourced.
• Carers Victoria does not accept any liability for the CSG or the event produced with the funding.
• The CSG must consent to complete a survey and provide photos upon the completion of their event.
