We are a group for carers of children of any age with additional needs. We focus on sharing stories and exploring wellbeing strategies to maintain calm and health for carers and their families. Occasional Guest speakers and workshops run throughout the year.

What activities does the group undertake throughout the year?

Meeting in calming nest studio. Guest speakers, Workshops/retreats, Meditation and calming strategies, Social outings.
