Terang and Mortlake Health Service and MPower Carer Support - invite you to the Mortlake Carer 'Get Togethers" - third Friday of the Month from 1.30pm at Mortlake Community Health building. Each 'Get Together" will be different, and topics or activities will be decided upon by the members of the group. The focus is on support, kindness and making connections.
