Stroke Association of Victoria Inc.
As the only dedicated community-based support service for stroke survivors, people with acquired brain injuries (ABIs) and their carers, loved ones and families, we aim to bridge the gap from when they leave clinical care, return home, face challenges of transitioning back into community and workplaces, challenges adapting to their new role as carers, and seek to establish the "new norm”.
