Strengthening Parent Support Group – Vietnamese Families with Special Needs

This group is for family carers living in the following western metropolitan Melbourne areas of Brimbank, Hobsons Bay, Maribyrnong, Melbourne, Melton, Moonee Valley, and Wyndham.

The Strengthening Parent Support Program connects families and carers of a child with a disability or developmental delay with other families in their local areas. In a supportive and relaxed setting, families can socialise, share information, or take part in training programs to support them in their caring role.

The program is inclusive, so family carers do not require a formal diagnosis of their child’s disability or developmental delay to participate.
