Peninsula Parkinsons Peer Support: Mornington

This group is for both people with Parkinsons and their supporters.

We are a proactive group where our focus is to learn more, stay healthy and keep moving.

We meet monthly and have a speaker at each meeting covering topics such as occupational therapy, physiotherapy, Professor Meg Morris, Falls Clinic, Dietician, ADL presentation, Parkinson's psychologist and many more to come.

What activities does the group undertake throughout the year?

Monthly meetings in Mornington. A planned walk in the park (by the water). A Halloween party and a wine and cheese event with celebrity speaker. A 'shaken but not stirred' event planned for the new year.
