Panorama SC - Indian Carers Group

This group provide a safe space for carers to connect with others who understand the challenges of caring for a family member or friend. We currently meet at a local park or library. We aim to promote self-care every week as we cannot run on an empty cup.

What activities does the group undertake throughout the year?

Weekly catch up, monthly social dinner or carer chosen activity.
