The Echuca Carers Self Care Hub offers carers and parents of children under 18 living with disability, neurodiversity or mental ill health, a space where they can relax and try out a range of different activities aimed to reduce stress levels.
Carers can also chat with other local carers, sharing their stories over a cuppa.
