Cohuna Support Group

Open to all ages. A group who meets monthly to give support to each other and to help problem solve issues. Also have guest speakers at morning coffee to help with carers learn about all sorts of issues and updates.

Activities

• Meeting together for a cup of tea or a meal monthly.
• Also having a quest speaker who being knowledge to the carers enhancing their ability to cope with the stressors of caring for their loved one.
