Our Vision is to co-create a safe space to come together to connect, share and build resilience as a community of carers, where we focus on improving our health and wellbeing as a collective. We welcome all types of carers that provide unpaid care and support to family members and friends with a disability developmental delay, mental illness, chronic health issue or age-related conditions, living in Nillumbik and surrounds.

What activities does the group undertake throughout the year?

Free regular in-person and/or online meetings, carer ‘wellbeing circle' events, social events, walks in nature, guest speakers, craft night, care cafe (for carers of people with dementia), workshops, subsidised/fully funded support courses and training opportunities via Living and Learning Centres Carers Hub throughout the year.
