Carer Connect Program: Wangaratta

There will be one session per month, on the 3rd Thursday of every month starting from 20 February 2025 to 21 August 2025. Each session will include a different topic, with light refreshments provided.

Topics Include:

• 17th April - Boundaries and Communication
• 15th May - Grief and Loss
• 19th June - Questions and Answers on Aged Care
• 17th July - Dealing with Challenging Behaviours
• 21st August - Carers Stress
