Caladenia Young Onset Dementia Support Group

Caladenia facilitates a support group for carers of people living with Young Onset Dementia (a diagnosis under the age of 65). We recognise that the issue faced by this cohort differ from the issues faced by older carers. We meet twice a month, once online and once in person for lunch at Jell's Park in Wheeler's Hill.

What activities does the group undertake throughout the year?

We meet for mutual support, guest speakers, information and resource sharing. Lunches and social activities from time to time. Limited respite for the person you care for is available at Caladenia.
