CARES Connection - Free Yoga for Unpaid Carers 6 May 2025

Carers Activity Recreation Exercise Social (CARES) Connection offers free yoga classes during Term 2, 2025 for unpaid carers who live, work or play in Knox, with time to mingle with other carers afterwards.

EACH, with support of a grant from Knox City Council, are hosting free yoga classes for unpaid carers between 1-2pm. After the class there will be time to mingle with other carers over a cuppa and a shared fruit platter. Bring a yoga mat and blanket All fitness levels and experience welcome.
