CARES Connection - Free Tai Chi for unpaid carers
Carers Activity Recreation Exercise Social (CARES) Connection offers free Tai Chi classes during Term 1, 2025 for unpaid carers who live, work or play in Knox.
EACH, with support of a grant from Knox City Council, are hosting free Tai Chi classes for unpaid carers between 1-2pm.
After the class there will be time to mingle with other carers over a cuppa and a shared fruit platter.
Wear loose clothing and flat shoes.
All fitness levels and experience welcome.
Parking is available at the rear of Boronia Progress Hall.
