Coles Gift Card Draw Terms and Conditions

Conditions apply to entering the draw. 

The draw is exclusively open to Carers Victoria members who reside in Victoria (new and existing). 

The draw winner will receive a Coles gift card with $100 credit, to be used at participating Coles Supermarkets in Australia.

The competition is open to anyone aged 18 years or over, except employees of Carers Victoria and their close relatives.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason, including for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.

Carers Victoria reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes will be posted within the original competition post.

The gift card must be used within 4 years of the card's issue date.

Card use terms and conditions are detailed below.

The draw is open to members living in Victoria in accordance with Gambling Regulation Act 2003 and Gambling Regulations 2015. 

Entries close at midnight on Saturday 30 November 2024 and will include all eligible entries. 

The winner will be randomly selected and contacted in early December 2024. 

If a winner is unable to be contacted within two weeks, another random draw from all eligible entries will re-allocate the prize. 

Photographs may be taken of the winner after receipt of the prize, which can be requested to be anonymous and not used for external publications. 

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Terms of Use

These terms apply to all gift cards and electronic vouchers issued by or on behalf of Coles Group trading as “Coles”. By purchasing, redeeming or attempting to redeem a gift card, you agree to the following terms.

The Coles Gift Card is redeemable at Coles Supermarkets and Coles Central stores nationwide.

Coles Gift Cards are not redeemable on Coles Online or at Coles Express or Liquorland.

Coles Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash or payments of credit or store accounts.

Coles Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

The card will expire 4 years from the date of issue.

Treat the card like cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded.
