Pathways for Carers – Mildura

The Pathways for Carers program is a ground-breaking approach to carer well-being that is led by carers, for carers. The Victorian Government funded program involves monthly walks with other carers and provides participants with an opportunity to socialise and connect with nature as well as learn more about news, services, and support available to them.
