Pathways for Carers - Alexandra

Pathways for Carers is a Victorian Government funded program that involves monthly walks with other carers. The program provides participants with an opportunity to socialise and connect with nature as well as learn more about news, services, and support available to them.

What activities does the group undertake throughout the year?

A monthly walk followed by complimentary morning tea attended by a guest speaker.
