Benefits of a carer support group – short course (microlearning)

 

Description: This short introductory course describes the benefits for carers of joining a carer support group.

Why do the course? While caring can be a rewarding experience, caring can also be isolating. Through participating in this course, carers will learn the many benefits of joining a carer support group including the value of connecting with peers. Carers will also learn how to find a support group in their area.

Who is the course for? This course is for designed for all unpaid carers who would benefit from joining a carer support group
