Sound healing & meditation: National Carers Week 2025

Carers in Moonee Valley will enjoy a soothing sound healing and meditation session followed by lunch. The beautiful sounds will nurture the soul, and the group lunch will nurture friendships. The event is organised by Valley Carers, with thanks to Carers Victoria for their support.
