Our monthly community Wellbeing Circles allow for purposeful conversations to explore topics relating to foundations of wellbeing.
The sessions provide a unique opportunity to pause and consider your overall wellbeing, connect with others, explore these deep themes through the reading of quotations, stories and writings and by discussing their implications on health and wellbeing.
When working with clients to achieve personal goals, I find it can be helpful for them to link with others on a similar pathway. Connecting within a small ‘community’ enables individuals to feel supported, gain clarity and find a level of accountability.
