EACH Family Relationship Support for Carers and Mental Health & Wellbeing Connect – North East Metro – invite Carers who provide unpaid care to a family member living with a disability or mental illness to join us for a walk and morning tea.

Every month the walk will be held in a different location around Melbourne 

 

Enjoy the opportunity to connect with other carers in a relaxed, non-judgmental space and enjoy the added benefits of being immersed in nature such as lower stress, improved mental health, and an overall feeling of wellbeing.

 

  • Strictly Carers only, this is your time.
  • Participants are expected to be able to walk independently for up to 55 minutes on various, challenging terrain.
  • Sorry no dogs allowed and no transport provided.
  • We advise participants to wear comfortable walking shoes and suitable attire for all weather conditions.
  • Walks will take place in all weather except thunderstorms, please dress accordingly.
