This session is run by the founder of professional decluttering company, Space and Time, and funded through Carers Gateway. The facilitator has extensive experience in helping carers to organise their life and achieve their goals.
There is no cost to participants and all materials and morning tea will be provided.
MyTime is a national, free facilitated peer-support program for parents and carers of children who need a higher level of care than other children. This may be due to a disability, chronic health condition or other additional needs such as developmental delay. A play leader is present to engage pre-school aged children in meaningful play so carers can unwind and connect with others who understand.
