Session 9 – 17 November

❖Basic garden maintenance – feeding the soil and plants, watering, mulching, pruning and harvest.

  • Activity: using secateurs correctly. Add manure and compost to the balcony garden and plant up.

 

Session 10 – 15 December

❖ Seed and plant swap

❖Revisit gardening topics – Carers to provide a few topics they’d like to cover off again

  • Activity: sow summer seeds (time permitting)
