Cranbourne Stroke Support Group is meeting up at Trios Sports Club Cranbourne this year’s National Carers Week celebration, all carers of stroke survivors are welcome to come along and join use on the day.
Our carers group cover all areas from City of Casey, Cardinia, Mornington Peninsula, & Dandenong.
If needed, carer can also bring along their care recipients stoke survivor person.
