Care4Carers – A safe and supportive environment for women who ‘care’

lm St Mission and Women’s Health East warmly invite women from the outer east area who provide unpaid care to attend our Care4Carers group.

Whether you support someone with a mental illness, chronic condition, or ageing-related needs, this group is for you.

 

What to expect

A safe and welcoming space to connect with others who understand the challenges of caring.

Weekly sessions will include a mix of:

  • Informal chat & connection
  • Relaxing, fun, and wellbeing-focused activities
  • Sharing experiences with like-minded women

Morning tea provided.

Location, parking and transport

Elm St Mission, 654 Mountain Hwy, Bayswater, VIC 3153

The venue is accessible and designed to be welcoming for all. There is free parking off Elm Street, and the centre is only a 10–15-minute walk from Bayswater Station.

 

You don’t need to know anyone to come along—this is a safe, informal and friendly environment.
