Save photo of your Carers Victoria membership card to your iPhone

• Create your file - Open the Mail app on your iPhone.
• Scroll, select, and open the Carers Victoria membership card email.
• Press the button on the right side and the lower button on the left side of your iPhone at the same time to take a picture of your screen.
• Tap the share icon (box with an arrow on top) at the bottom, revealing a new menu.
• Scroll up and select save to files.
• Save in this folder or select the right top option ‘icloud drive’ to access files.
• Save in this folder, select an existing folder OR
• Create a new Email Folder - tap the three dots and select New folder. Name the new folder and save.
• Save the file name by typing Carers Victoria membership card in the bar at the bottom of the screen.
• Select save.
• To access the file - Type Files in the search bar on the bottom of your home page to locate your files app.
• Locate the Carers Victoria membership card image.

Android

• Please google your phone type and ‘how to save a file’ or save via your email inbox as per the instructions above.

Outlook / Hotmail

Save email to special email folder – Outlook / Hotmail

• Create a new Email Folder - Open the Mail app on your iPhone.
• Select Edit in the top right corner.
• Select New mailbox in the bottom right corner.
• Type Carers Victoria Membership to name our new folder.
• Select the dropdown field below to choose the email to which this folder is attached.
• Select save and your new folder is created.
• Save your File - Scroll, select, and open the Carers Victoria Membership card email.
• Tap the folder icon at the bottom, revealing a new menu.
• Select the Carers Victoria Membership folder to move your email.
• To access the file - Open the Mail app on your iPhone.
• Scroll down and select when you have located your new folder.
• Locate the Carers Victoria membership card email.

Gmail

Save email to a special email folder - Gmail

• Create a new Email Folder - Open the Gmail app on your phone.
• Log in to your account. 
• Tap the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines) on the top-left of the screen.
• Scroll down to the Labels section, then tap Create New.
• Type Carers Victoria membership to name the file.
• Save your file - Select the Carers Victoria membership card email.
• Select the three dots on the top right of the screen.
• Select Move.
• Select the Carers Victoria membership folder to move the file.
• To access the file - Tap the hamburger menu on the top-left of the screen to access the folder.
• Locate the Carers Victoria membership card email.

Save email as a PDF - Gmail

• Create your file - Open the Gmail app on your phone.
• Log in to your account. 
• Select the Carers Victoria membership card email.
• Select the three dots on the top right of the screen.
• Select Print all.
• Tap the Share icon (box with an arrow on top) at the bottom, revealing a new menu.
• Type Carers Victoria membership in the bottom bar to name the file.
• Save in this folder or select the right top option ‘icloud drive’ to access files.
• Save in this folder, select an existing folder OR
• Create a new Email Folder - tap the three dots and select New folder. Name the new folder.
• Select Save.
• To access the file - Type Files in the search bar on the bottom of your home page to locate your files app.
• Type Carers Victoria membership folder.
• Locate the Carers Victoria membership card PDF.
