Caring For Carers – a Program delivering activities and sessions for Carers in the Glen Eira community. Activities are intentionally designed to support self-care, mindfulness, and respite, while also providing access to relevant information sessions, guest speakers, and presenters. These components will assist carers in navigating their caring journey, increasing confidence, knowledge, and wellbeing.
