BPD Community Family & Friends Group

Our Family & Friends Group meets on the third Tuesday of every month on Zoom. We provide BPD informed support and ‘psychoeducation’. What activities does the group undertake throughout the year?

The group activities are based around a 12 month training program where we learn the skills and techniques that help us build a more supportive relationship with our loved ones with BPD.
The group is managed by the Carers Committee of BPD Community.
