Ballarat Walks for Carers

Carers are people who provide unpaid care and support to a loved one with a disability or mental health condition.The Pathways for Carers program is a ground-breaking approach to carer well-being that is led by carers, for carers. The Victorian Government funded program involves monthly walks with other carers and provides participants with an opportunity to socialise and connect with nature as well as learn more about news, services, and support available to them.
