Carers Victoria Annual Carers Survey 2025-2026

Detailed information statement

What is this survey for? 

This survey is conducted each year to collect feedback from carers who interacted with Carers Victoria over the past year about their experience of service and any support received. Your opinions and feedback help us to improve.    

How long will this survey take? 

This survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.   

Where can I complete this survey? 

The survey will be available online for two weeks. 

You can complete the survey at any time up until 5pm on Friday 31st July, on any electronic device (phone, tablet, computer etc). 

How will my responses be protected? 

Your privacy matters to us. Your answers will only be used by Carers Victoria.  

  • Your survey responses will only be accessible by Carers Victoria staff. 
  • You won’t be identified in any reports from this survey and your details will not be shared.  
  • The learnings and insights from the survey will be reported in a summary format (eg. average/percentage of responses to each question). 
  • The only individual data used in the report will be selected quotes from carers for use in the report. Carers Victoria will not use any quotes that contain identifiable information.  
  • These quotes may also be used by carers Victoria for further advocacy work.

Do I have to do this survey? 

This survey is voluntary and will not affect the support you receive from Carers Victoria in any way if you choose not to participate.   

How do I enter the draw for the prize? 

Everyone who completes the survey by the closing date Friday 31st July will go in the draw to win a $200 Prezzee voucher. You can provide your email address at the end of the survey to enter the draw.
