Wills, Trusts and Guardianship Presentation – MyTime Berwick

8 May 2026 9.30am - 12.30pm

For families with children with disabilities, having a will is crucial to secure their child’s future and security. It allows parents to outline how their assets will be distributed and to appoint a trusted guardian who understands the child’s needs and can provide consistent support.

Please join us for this special presentation on Wills, Trusts and Guardianship by Lawyer, Alana Bilston which will provide guidance on how you can plan effectively for your child’s future.

This event is free to attend, and morning tea is provided.

Preschool aged children (0-6 years) are welcome. While you join the session, a MyTime play leader will engage children in meaningful play nearby.

MyTime is a peer support program for parents and carers of children with disabilities, developmental delays, or chronic medical conditions. It offers connection, support, and resources in a safe and welcoming space.

Eligibility: Open to parents and carers of children up to 18 years of age with disability, developmental delay, or chronic medical conditions.

RSVP: Spaces are limited—registration is essential.
