Carers are people who provide unpaid care and support to a loved one with a disability or mental health condition. The Pathways for Carers program is a ground-breaking approach to carer well-being that is led by carers, for carers. The program involves monthly walks with other carers and provides participants with an opportunity to socialise and connect with nature as well as learn more about news, services, and support available to them.
Find the support you need in an inclusive and welcoming environment. Connect with like-minded local carers during a monthly stroll along Frankston’s beautiful foreshore followed by a complimentary morning tea. An opportunity to learn from each other and our monthly guest speaker. This program was initiated by Interchange Outer East, in partnership with Frankston City Council, Brotherhood of St Lawrence NDIS and Orwil Street Community House INC.
