Carers across Victoria tell us that maintaining their own self-care is in their top three challenges.

This workshop explores why your health and wellbeing are important and gives you practical strategies to help you better care for yourself.

Topics include

  • Why caring for the carer is essential
  • What stops carers from caring for themselves
  • Practical tips and strategies to help care for yourself as a carer

This session is open to all carers and caring families.

About the presenter

Sally is a Carer Educators at Carers Victoria. She has worked with and delivered information session to Carers for many years and has a passion for supporting carers to access the services they need and to flourish

Technology

This online event will be held on MS Teams. Carers Victoria has previously used Zoom in the past. MS Teams is very similar. To understand more about MS Teams visit the help site Microsoft Teams help & learning.
