Our team at Carers Victoria comprises a diverse mix of experts who are genuinely committed to ensuring that carers are recognised, included and get the assistance and support they need, when they need it. With over 75% of our staff having lived or living experience of caring, they combine their areas of professional expertise with that deep knowledge of what it’s like to be a carer.
Some 40% of our staff are multilingual, with an age profile that spans everything from Gen Z to the Baby Boomers. An organisation that has held Rainbow Tick accreditation for some years, we are proud to have staff from different parts of the LGBTIQA+ community.
Our staff tell us that they value the organisation’s warm and inclusive culture, and its focus on making a positive difference in the lives of Victorians carers.
