Wellbeing Workshops for Carers

Wellbeing Workshops for Carers is a free, 10-week program designed to support carers to focus on their own health and wellbeing in a welcoming, supportive environment.

The weekly sessions use gentle movement, circus-inspired activities and creative play to reduce stress, build confidence and encourage connection with others who share similar caring experiences. Sessions are relaxed, non-competitive and adaptable, with space to move at your own pace.

Who is it for?

These workshops are for carers aged 18+ of any gender, including those providing paid or unpaid support to someone with illness, disability, mental health needs or age-related frailty.

No prior experience is required, and all activities are tailored to suit different bodies, abilities, cultural backgrounds and comfort levels.

Dates:

Weekly sessions from Monday 20 April – Monday 29 June, 1:30PM-3pm

(No workshop on 8 June – King’s Birthday Public Holiday)

You can book for in for individual sessions or a package: sessions 1-5 or 6-10.
