We provide a safe space for carers to meet and share friendship to feel less isolated and judged. We enjoy getting together for sharing and caring but most of all taking a break to rejuvenate.

What activities does the group undertake throughout the year?

We have monthly meetups for sharing and caring; and monthly walks/brunch supported by Carers Victoria. Guest speakers are invited to our meetings to talk about relevant topics of interest. With grant funding we enjoy different ways to support our mental health and wellbeing. For instance, celebrating Carers Week and Seniors Month; and life and wellness coaching.
