Enjoy a fun and relaxed session focused on boosting confidence\, learning practical tips and tricks\, and trying out techniques you can use every day. It’s a lovely opportunity to do something just for you\, connect with others\, and have some fun along the way. \nMorning tea will be provided\, and a play leader will be present to engage pre-school aged children in meaningful play so you can unwind and focus on the presentation. \nMyTime is a peer support program for parents and carers of children with disabilities\, developmental delays\, or chronic medical conditions. It offers connection\, support\, and resources in a safe and welcoming space. Eligibility: Open to parents and carers of children up to 18 years of age with disability\, developmental delay\, or chronic medical conditions. \nRSVP: Spaces are limited—registration is essential.
