That’s why I’m running Alongside You – a small\, warm support group created especially for people in a caring role. Whether you’re caring for an elderly parent\, a partner\, a child\, or someone else close to you\, this is a space where you don’t have to explain yourself. You’ll be among people who truly understand. \nOver four weekly sessions\, we’ll come together to: \n\nConnect with others who get it\nShare experiences in a safe and supportive space\nRebuild a sense of balance\, hope\, and strength\nExplore gentle tools to support your own wellbeing\n\nPlease see the attached Flyer.
