DESCRIPTION:This free program is designed for families and carers. \nGrow and care for beautiful and productive gardens by working with nature. \nA practical introduction to gardening and growing food in urban and shared community spaces. \nParticipants will learn how to observe\, understand and respond to their garden’s natural systems\, building skills that support ongoing\, confident gardening. \nTopics\nThis fortnightly (every second Tuesday) workshop with include 6 different topics and different topic each week. \nSession 1: \n17 February 9:30am-1:00pm: Gardening with nature \nSession 2: \n3 March 9:30am-1:00pm: Soil as the foundation \nSession 3: \n17 March 9:30am-1:00pm: Growing through the seasons \nSession 4: \n31 March 9:30am-1:00pm: From spoil to soil \nSession 5: \n14 April 9:30am-1:00pm: Grow more plants \nSession 6: \n28 April 9:30am-1:00pm: Garden balance and biodiversity
