DESCRIPTION:Wellbeing Workshops for Carers is a free\, 10-week program designed to support carers to focus on their own health and wellbeing in a welcoming\, supportive environment. \nThe weekly sessions use gentle movement\, circus-inspired activities and creative play to reduce stress\, build confidence and encourage connection with others who share similar caring experiences.
