SUMMARY:Alongside You - Carer Support Group
DESCRIPTION:Caring for someone you love is one of the most generous things a person can do – and one of the most quietly exhausting. Whether you’re caring for an elderly parent\, a partner\, a child\, or someone else close to you\, this is a space where you don’t have to explain yourself. You’ll be among people who truly understand. \nOver four weekly sessions\, we’ll come together to: \n\nConnect with others who get it\nShare experiences in a safe and supportive space\nRebuild a sense of balance\, hope\, and strength\nExplore gentle tools to support your own wellbeing\n\nPlease see the attached Flyer. Here are the details: \n📅 Dates: Thursdays — 23rd & 30th April\, and 7th & 14th May 2026 \n🕙 Time: 11:00 am – 1:00 pm \n📍 Location: 301 Burwood Highway\, Burwood VIC 3125 \n💛 Contribution: $100 for the full 4-week program (includes light refreshments). \nTo register or find out more\, feel free to email me at info@thethriverealm.com.au or call 0477 964 818.
